SKILLED MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
REQUIREMENTS
– 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience or technical degree in Industrial Maintenance
– Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting expertise
– Familiarity with PLCs, robotics (Fanuc, ABB), and servo systems
– Welding, fabrication, and machining skills are a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES
– Diagnose and repair advanced manufacturing equipment including CNC machines, robotics, conveyors, and VFDs
– Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
– Support PLC diagnostics and upgrades (Allen-Bradley/Siemens)
– Collaborate with team members on continuous improvement and automation projects
– Document repairs, analyze failures, and maintain 5S practices
MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN TEAM LEAD
REQUIREMENTS
– 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience (preferably in automotive or high-volume manufacturing)
– Prior leadership or senior-level technician experience preferred
– Strong experience with advanced programming, particularly in PLC and robotics systems.
– Strong knowledge of PLCs, robotics, and utility systems
– Technical certification or degree preferred
RESPONSIBILITIES
– Lead shift maintenance operations and mentor team members
– Troubleshoot and maintain control systems, sensors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical circuits
– Perform PLC edits and diagnostics
– Maintain air compressors and robotic systems through point teaching and movement adjustments
– Execute welding and mechanical repairs as needed
– Ensure accurate documentation of PMs, repairs, and shift transitions
